Chibi Neil In Cat Outfit

As the title says. LOL, Neil is not pleased. Black on black is... difficult, so I used cool gray in some areas. It's kinda hard to tell, but Neil is kneeling down, but not bowing. I think I should've made the cat outfit's ears bigger... oh well.
